Unit Overview:
Dehumidifier is a series of refrigeration and dehumidification equipment developed by our company based on years of experience in designing and manufacturing refrigeration dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the air. It is suitable for places with dehumidification requirements such as national defense engineering, civil defense engineering, tobacco and petrochemical industries, subway stations, aerospace fields, purification engineering, laboratories, telecommunications equipment rooms, archives, food rooms, pharmaceutical or film workshops, and special glass manufacturing.
working principle:
The operation of a conventional dehumidifier system consists of the internal circulation of the dehumidifier (refrigerant circulation system) and the external circulation of the dehumidifier (air circulation system);
Internal circulation of dehumidifier: through the operation of compressor→The exhaust outlet discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gas→Enter the condenser for cooling→Become a low-temperature and high-pressure gas→Cut off flow through capillary tube→Becoming a liquid with low temperature and pressure→Evaporate and absorb heat through an evaporator→Returning to the compressor, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas, and this cycle repeats itself.
External circulation of dehumidifier: under normal startup conditions→Through the operation of the fan→Moist air is drawn in through the air inlet→After passing through the evaporator→The evaporator adsorbs moisture from the air onto the aluminum sheet→Turn into dry air(→After passing through the condenser for heat dissipation→Blow out from the air outlet.
